Congrats on your admission! Now that you’ve been admitted to the MPAP Summer Programs, it’s time to make your student status official and get ready for the summer.

1. Activate your NetID: Your NetID is your log-in and username information for all NYU e-resources and services. Your NetID is listed on your admissions letter.  Go to http://start.nyu.edu and follow the instructions.

2. Log-In to NYUHome and Albert: NYUHome is the central hub for online communication and information at NYU. Log-in using your NetID and new password. Once you’re in, visit the Academics tab and click Albert Login, aka “Student Center.” This is where you will find your registration in the program, view your bill, etc.

3. Accept/Decline your Admissions Offer: If you haven’t done so yet, log in to Albert, select Applicants and then Application Status to accept or decline your admissions offer.  If you don’t do this, you will not be officially admitted to your program.

4. Check Your Email
You will be receiving many emails prior to the start of your program with important information and reminders.  Be sure to read each one carefully so you meet deadlines and are prepared for the summer.

5. Subscribe to this Blog
If you haven’t already, click “Follow” at the bottom of the page and subscribe to the blog.  You will receive each post as it is published and receive all the information you need to get ready!

If you have any questions or difficulty completing this initial “to-do” list, please feel free to contact us.
